Key Responsibilities
Client Care
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and offer companionship
- Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
Leadership & Coordination
- Train and mentor caregivers, including onboarding new team members
- Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage needs
- Participate in an on-call rotation for caregiver and client support
- Attend weekly office meetings to support operations and communication
- Travel throughout Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties, including Lake Country and Eagle/Mukwonago areas
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with seniors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability for occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training caregivers
- Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or related senior care experience
