Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p></div></div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><div dir="ltr"><p>You will work closely with engineering, design, and research teams to define intuitive, engaging, and impactful product experiences across desktop and web platforms.</p></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><ul><li>You have at least 4+ years of experience in product management </li><li><p>You have experience building B2B2C products</p></li><li><p>You have experience defining interactive user experiences for desktop or web applications.</p></li><li><p>Ability to create product mockups, specifications, and user flows using modern AI tools  </p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.</li><li>Experience driving products from concept to launch in collaboration with engineering and design teams.</li><li>Solid product and UX thinking, with attention to details and end-to-end user flows.</li><li>Experience or solid interest in working with data science teams to define AI evaluation criteria, success metrics, and product quality benchmarks.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and workflows.</li><li>Solid communication and analytical skills.</li><li>Fluent English.</li><li>Experience in education technology (EdTech), learning platforms, or classroom-related products.</li><li>Experience working on global products.</li><li>Background in Psychology, Learning Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), design, or related fields.</li><li>Familiarity with AI evaluation methods.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements: </strong>Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
