Temp to Hire
3rd Shift Position (6:30am-3pm) that trains on the 1st Shift for up to 30 days then transitions to 3rd Shift (10:30pm - 7am)

Monday through Friday

$20-$22 per hour

Position is eligible for discretionary productivity bonus.

The Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operation of the mold injection machines while producing an optimum number of parts and performing visual inspections on the parts produced.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operates plastic molding machine
• Stages WIP for production, packages product, and stages completed product for shipping
• Trims tails and flash from product
• Visually inspects product for defects and flaws including masks, tubing, cuffs, bags and printing
on masks and bags
• Runs laser printers (mask, mold room #1 UDI, mold room#2 UDI)
• Bags product when required by customer
• Voices processing or quality concerns to Cell Lead
• Processes work orders and inspections according to process and procedures
• Performs cleaning at end of shift
• Shutting down machines and room at end of production

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
On-the-job training of two weeks.

Physical/Weight Requirements:
While performing activities required of the employee to perform the job the employee is occasionally
required to push and pull using hands or arms, stoop, bend, twist waist.

Frequently required to reach above or below shoulder level, use foot to operate molding machine. Constantly required to use fingers for fine
manipulation, use hand or arms to hold or grasp, walk, stand, hear, use near and far vision. Must have the ability to lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing up to 28 lbs.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works indoors, is occasionally exposed to fumes given off by the machines. The noise level is usually loud.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
