Position Overview
The Receptionist will be the front-line person to greet employees, vendors, and visitors entering our Adairsville Fulfillment Center. Acts as the initial conduit between the employees and visitors to the fulfillment center. In addition, provide high-level administrative support to the team as requested.

Work Environment:

The shift will be 6:00AM-6:30PM Saturday and Sunday.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression and smooth visitor check-in process. This includes greeting visitors, clients, and customers professionally and providing assistance as needed.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to employees who approach the front desk with questions or requests. Address their concerns and assist them in finding the appropriate resources or personnel.
- Provide backup support to the Fulfillment Centers for answering and directing company phone calls.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Serve as the liaison for severe weather communication.
- Sort and distribute office mail.
- Assist with other office projects as needed.
- Support in-facility event setup and communication.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma
- Administrative Assistance, Reception, or Human Resources experience
- Previous telephone communication and customer service experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address potential issues.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee and company information with unwavering integrity and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Environmental Factors:
- Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.
- Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.
- Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.
- Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.
- Moderate warehouse noise level.
- Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
- Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).
- Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees.
- The ability to walk long distances
- The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day
- The ability to either stand for long periods of time
- The ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of times
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another
- Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions

Position Compensation Outline
Compensation Range: $18.00/hour base plus weekend premiums.
Compensation listed is for the full-time position at this specific location and is based on several factors, including experience, and qualifications. Benefits and perks may have eligibility requirements and are subject to change.
