What you will do :
- Oversee HVAC & Plumbing Warehouse and Consignment Operations
- Coordinate scheduling and task assignments.
- Provide weekly consignment updates, monitoring inventory levels and ordering as necessary. Manage stock levels and organize parts and materials in the warehouse to meet demand.
- Secure and manage refrigerant usage, maintaining a usage log.
- Create and organize comprehensive job folders with necessary documents and materials.
- Verify changeout sheets with management and technicians, reporting any discrepancies.
- Utilize Service Titan and company email for job-related communication and information.
- Stage equipment and materials for jobs in advance, ensuring readiness.
- Assist with fleet maintenance and coordinate AirGas orders, while operating a forklift for various warehouse tasks.
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage trash disposal schedules.
- Arrange main dumpster pickups and oversee scrap material management.
Who you are:
- 1 3-5 Years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience with inventory system preferred
