Talent Acquisition Analyst (Marketing Recruitment)

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join a high-performing recruiting team focused on attracting top Marketing talent . In this role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, and play a key part in driving organizational growth by bringing exceptional talent into the business.
## What You'll Do
✅ Lead full-cycle recruitment for Marketing positions from intake through onboarding ✅ Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and align on talent needs ✅ Conduct strategy meetings and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process ✅ Source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates using modern recruiting tools and techniques ✅ Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other sourcing channels ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Coordination, Onboarding, Compensation, and DE&I ✅ Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement ✅ Track and maintain recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and time-to-start ✅ Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires ✅ Participate in special projects related to employer branding, recruiting analytics, social media strategy, and process improvement ✅ Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
## What We're Looking For

### Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, or 5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree Proven experience recruiting Marketing professionals Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven mindset

Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices FinTech recruiting experience Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual and global teams Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Exceptional planning, organization, and project management abilities

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
