This contract position focuses on ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integrity for critical equipment and assets, and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment. Responsibilities
- Enter and verify equipment calibration and maintenance data in CMMS platforms with a high degree of accuracy.
- Build and maintain equipment hierarchies within CMMS systems to support effective asset management.
- Review source documents and validate maintenance and calibration records to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Identify, investigate, and report data discrepancies and inconsistencies, and support resolution efforts.
- Follow established naming conventions, data standards, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in all data entry activities.
- Generate basic reports and support document management activities related to maintenance and calibration data.
- Maintain accurate equipment and asset records throughout the entire equipment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with maintenance, calibration, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data is complete, consistent, and up to date.
- Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple data entry and verification tasks effectively.
- Uphold a strong focus on data integrity, accountability, and adherence to regulated environment standards.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience with data entry and data verification in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as EAMS, Maximo, SAP, or similar systems.
- Understanding of equipment lifecycle concepts and asset management principles.
- Ability to build and maintain equipment hierarchies within maintenance management systems.
- Experience verifying maintenance and calibration records against source documents.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality.
- Demonstrated accountability and reliability in handling critical data.
- Effective organization and time management capabilities to handle contract role responsibilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is preferred.
- Experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or life sciences is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including maintenance, calibration, and engineering.
- Strong focus on data integrity and continuous improvement of data management processes.
Work Environment This is a contract position in a regulated environment that may include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or life sciences settings. The role centers on working with computerized maintenance management systems such as EAMS, Maximo, or SAP, and using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage and report on equipment and asset data. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
