▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills
- Lead global projects from the pre-sales phase through definition and deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimates, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Create project timelines.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Lead RFQ and RFP response efforts.
- Support the development of project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, integration guides, and other deliverables as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise schedules or budgets to ensure project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day communication regarding project status and changes.
▶︎ Preferred Skills
- 3-5+ years of direct experience in new product development and introduction in one or more of the following technology areas:
- Mobility
- Telematics
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Network Access Devices
- 3-5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese is preferred, but not required.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
