## How you create impact

Employee Services Support team, ensuring high standards of performance, service quality, and operational excellence. This role fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environment while promoting accountability, employee engagement, and continuous development. Working closely with HR leadership, Process Owners, and stakeholders across the U.S. and Canada, the Team Manager ensures effective HR service delivery, achievement of operational targets, continuous improvement, and an excellent employee and customer experience. Some of the position expectations are the following:

- Lead, coach, and develop Process Managers, Process Specialists, and Team Leaders, fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and support performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Set team objectives and allocate resources effectively to meet operational priorities, service levels, and deadlines.
- Participate in candidate interviews and oversee onboarding and induction to ensure a successful integration of new team members.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs, including SLA, quality, volume, and overtime, and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Process Owners and stakeholders in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring responsive and high-quality service.
- Ensure confidential employee information and HR documentation are appropriately managed and safeguarded.
- Review and approve working instructions, process flowcharts, training plans, and other team documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through Gemba Walks and other continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging team ownership and participation.
- Support stakeholder and vendor coordination, including FedEx invoicing, purchase orders, and invoice tracking with Finance and relevant teams.
- Develop engagement and retention initiatives that promote an inclusive environment and a strong sense of belonging.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, HR service delivery, and the overall employee and customer experience.

## What we would like you to bring

- Technical studies or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Strong knowledge of HR Services and HR operations.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, delegation, empowerment, and performance management.
- Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong planning, prioritization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement and root-cause-analysis mindset.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and ability to take initiative.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and service excellence.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, accountability, reliability, and ethical decision-making.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging team environment and build trust across different levels of the organization.

Work schedule:  Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Hybrid work model.

This position is subject to a rotating schedule and shift, which may vary between day, night, or mixed shifts. Your days off will also be assigned by the company, and both your schedule and days off may be modified with a minimum notice of five (5) business days.
