As a Customs Drawback Specialist, you will support importers and exporters by providing Customs Drawback services. In this role, you will analyze and prepare data for drawback claims, file unused drawback claims, and ensure compliance with applicable drawback laws and regulations

## How you create impact

- Analyze, reformat, and validate spreadsheets and electronic data for upload into drawback software.
- Prepare and submit drawback entries to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
- Maintain established drawback claim processing schedules.
- Review and prepare documentation for data entry and claim processing.
- Coordinate the collection of required documents and data from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor claim activity and report status updates, revenue generation, and issues to management.
- Maintain accurate and current client files and records.
- Provide guidance and support to data entry personnel to ensure claim accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with CBP regulations, drawback requirements, and company procedures

## What we would like you to bring

- Bachelors Degree in a field like international business, supply chain management, or international relations
- 2+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage, Drawback, Trade Compliance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Brokerage systems (Cargo Wise preferred)
- Knowledge of CBP regulations, tariff schedules, and customs compliance is preferred
