Join our Global Customer Service team as a Service Director overseeing multiple regions in the Eastern Hemisphere.

As an Imaging Solutions Service Manager – Americas, you will be responsible for resource planning to achieve expected customer outcomes that align with business objectives, customer expectations and market trends. You will identify and implement improvements to our post-sales support strategy to minimize customer downtime with our products and ensure on-time delivery of products and services.

As an Imaging Solutions Service Manager – Americas, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting operational teams in different regions to set customer expectations and deliver services to those expectations
- Driving NPS improvements and facilitating Customer issue resolution
- Supporting new product launches through support planning
- Providing proactive leadership and involvement on escalated service cases
- Working with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements
- Working with software and hardware engineers to provide effective resolutions
- Leading improvement initiatives to optimize order fulfilment cycle
- Analyzing Install base data to identify trends impacting customer satisfaction
- Identifying targeted and specific development opportunities focused on continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Demonstrated lead experience in a supply chain, project, service, or operational role; a bachelor's or master's degree is a plus but not required
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineer is a plus; a tech/ engineering background is preferred

- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team, preferably in post-sales support
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Expertise in non-destructive testing is a plus
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to display attention to detail, with an excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to demonstrate situational awareness and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively
- Ability to demonstrate resilient leadership skills based on an action/results focus
- Ability to learn relevant software programs and tools
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with customers and internal leadership

This role allows for remote or hybrid working opportunities in Texas or anywhere in the US. Travel expectations include commitment to travel 30-50%, or as required based on customer and business needs.
