The Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist supports the execution of digital marketing, SEO, and website content initiatives. This entry-level role performs assigned tasks related to website optimization, content development, quality assurance, and coordination with internal teams. The position works under established processes and guidance to help maintain accurate, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Support website audits and complete assigned SEO, content, and site optimization updates.
Create basic digital marketing assets, including infographics and other visual content.
Perform quality assurance testing on new website features, updates, and functionality prior to launch.
Coordinate website and development-related tickets with internal technology or development teams.
Edit and prepare digital video content for use across marketing and website channels.
Review and update content across direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications
Required Experience and Education
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, website content, communications, or a related field, including internships or relevant project experience.
Experience working with websites, content management systems, or digital content.
Experience completing quality assurance reviews, content updates, or website maintenance tasks.
Experience using project management or ticketing tools to track and coordinate assigned work.
Experience creating or editing basic digital content, graphics, or video assets.
No specific degree required.
Preferred Experience and Education
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Contentful, Drupal, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
Experience using basic design or video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting consumer-facing websites or digital marketing programs.
