## CUSTODIAN II
WOODSTOCK CITY HALL, WOODSTOCK OPERA HOUSE & OLD COURTHOUSE CENTER
(2 Part-time Positions Available)
The City of Woodstock is accepting applications for part-time Custodians - up to 20 hours a week . These positions will perform custodial duties for the Woodstock City Hall, Opera House and Old Courthouse Center facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning of the buildings and grounds as well as light maintenance duties as required. The work is performed under the direction of the Artistic Operations Director.
Position 1 Schedule - Opera House & Courthouse:
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Position 2 Schedule - City Hall (2 Schedule Choices/Hiring 1):
Schedule Option 1:
Monday thru Friday: 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Schedule Option 2:
Monday thru Friday: 4:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- This work requires the occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds of force; requires strenuous manual labor including, but not limited to digging, shoveling, sweeping, raking, hauling, crawling, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting and climbing.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous custodial experience
Salary & Benefits:
The position is a limited part-time, non-exempt/hourly position with a starting pay rate of $18.67 per hour. There are no additional benefits except for Accrued Sick Leave - earn one hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked on a prorated basis and available for use after 100 calendar days of employment.
