We are looking for an organized and motivated International Operations Coordinator who shares this commitment to excellence and will play an important role in supporting international import shipments from origin through final delivery, ensuring our clients receive the reliable and efficient service they have come to expect from Traffic Tech.

INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

What the Job Entails:
 
- Coordinate air and ocean import shipments
- Communicate with customers, carriers, overseas agents, customs brokers, and trucking companies
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates
- Review and organize shipping documents
- Assist with customs clearance and delivery coordination
- Enter shipment information and maintain accurate files
- Help resolve shipment delays or operational issues
- Prepare billing and review shipment costs
- Provide strong customer service and support the operations team

What We Are Looking For:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn international shipping and logistics
- Basic Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
- Previous office, customer service, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus
- No freight forwarding experience required; training will be provided

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM .
