- Pay Model: Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)

Initial Evaluation (IE) Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 per evaluation

- Follow-Up (FU) Rate: $32.00 – $37.00 per visit

- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 – $2,000.00 (paid within the first 90 days; requires a 1-year commitment)

- Job Type: Part-Time, W2 (Afternoon Availability Required)

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Pediatric SLP to join our growing clinic team during afternoon hours. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills and reach their full potential through:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.

- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based and play-based therapy.

- Treating a variety of disorders, including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency, and social communication difficulties.

- Engaging and educating families to support their child's development at home.

Qualifications

- Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.

- State Licensure: Valid and current NC license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

- Availability: Available for afternoon clinic shifts.

- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and child engagement skills; strong knowledge of developmental milestones.

- Setting: Experience in a pediatric clinic setting is preferred.
