About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Senior Electrical/Power Engineers to join our engineering team in Trondheim. You will become part of a highly skilled and collaborative environment focused on continuously improving electrical solutions, engineering processes, and technical tools.

You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle , from initial studies and project execution through testing, commissioning, and operational support.

Some travel, including offshore travel or travel to onshore facilities, may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to studies, project execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Provide technical support during operations.
- Develop and improve electrical systems, solutions, processes, and engineering tools.
- Contribute to the integration of electrical systems with remote-control and digital technologies.
- Collaborate closely with customers and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance within projects.
- Take on increased technical responsibility and leadership where appropriate.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving related to electrical systems.
- Travel offshore or to onshore facilities when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Energy and Environment , or an equivalent discipline.
- Several years of professional experience working with electrical systems .
- Strong understanding of electrical installations, preferably within offshore environments .
- Experience and interest in energy systems , preferably from the oil & gas industry . Relevant experience from other industries will also be considered.
- Group L trade certificate or equivalent is an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical regulations, standards, and legislation.
- Good understanding of modern electrical systems and their integration with digital and remote-control technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English .
