Full Time Cardiovascular Sonographer | US Heart and Vascular | Cardiology Center of Houston
Cardiology Center of Houston is in search of a Full-Time Dual Sonographer to join our team in Katy, TX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs 2-D Echo and Doppler studies.
- Responsible for performing a variety of noninvasive vascular evaluations
- Explains procedures to patients and obtains informed consent from patient.
- Ensures all required licensure/certification always remain active/current.
- Provides excellent customer service and the highest quality patient care.
- At all times protects the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) of patients per HIPAA regulations; including does not review his/her own record, or records of employees or co-workers without a need to know.
- Actively demonstrates teamwork.
- Follows other policies and procedures such that there are no verbal or written warnings during the evaluation period.
- Always adheres to company safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience preferred.
- Credentialed in Adult Echocardiography and Vascular (ARDMS or CCI) is required.
