The Logan Hospital Expansion Stage 2 is a major healthcare infrastructure project delivering vital upgrades to one of Queensland's busiest hospitals. This landmark expansion will increase clinical capacity through new operating theatres, additional inpatient beds and state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, helping meet the needs of the rapidly growing Logan community. About The Role:
As our Supervisor on the Logan Hospital Expansion Stage 2 Project , you will lead and oversee a services workforce of approximately 300 personnel on site. You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. Initially, you will oversee the installation of building services , including subcontractor management, work sequencing, and interface coordination. As the project progresses, you will transition into the commissioning phase , ensuring successful testing, handover, and delivery of key project milestones. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will play a critical role in maintaining productivity, resolving site challenges, and driving the safe and successful delivery of this landmark healthcare project.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Drive a strong safety, health, and environmental culture across all works.
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and short-term construction activities .
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Prepare and deliver accurate progress reports, shift handovers, and project updates.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance within delegated authority.
- Review drawings, designs, and project documentation to support successful delivery.
- Identify , assess, and mitigate project risks while promoting proactive risk management.
- Develop and lead site personnel, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual, industrial, and company requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience supervising services works on a Health or similar construction projects ($300mill up)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site operations.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Experience leading subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews.
- Sound knowledge of safety, quality, and construction compliance requirements.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive productivity and meet programme milestones.
- Relevant construction qualification and White Card.
