Commissioning Engineer

Responsible for supervising and participating in plant start up on site (ASU, HYCO, NWU, and other AL process), complete the site pre-commissioning and commissioning work.

Plant pre-commissioning

- Instrumentation: calibration and loop checks,
- Control System (DCS/SGS…): Hardware, configuration and logic checks
- Electricity commissioning,
- Mechanical Works:Piping, equipment cleaning and inspection. Conformity to drawings
- Rotating Equipment: Compressors, gas/liquid turbines, pumps testing

Plant Commissioning

- Plant start up
- Process Control Tuning and Performance test,
- Training and Hand-over of operation to End-customer

Quality control

- Site inspection system by system, Inspection & Test Plans follow-up
- Site punch-list preparation and follow up
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control: define and up-date the CCMP and ITP or/ Checklist, ensures compliance with its requirements; perform quality inspections; open, control and follow-up on the treatment of non conformances and/or anomalies; report on quality activities (including indicators such as NCR, FDN, etc); take corrective/preventive actions and follow-up on the treatment of non conformances and/or anomalies following quality audits;
- Complete the CCI progress timely and proper PID check on job site, monthly update the schedule and progress with activities properly linked and good format
- Reliability management to reduce startup level even (SL): implement proper ITP / checklist and make proper forecast on the schedule management；open, control and follow-up on the treatment of SL event; take corrective/preventive actions and follow-up on the treatment of event .
- Organize, file and maintain project site documentation, make available the updated master documents by the end of commissioning works;
- Collect lessons learned during commissioning
- Guarantee and monitor management of Intellectual Property (IP)

Safety Animation and supervision

- Animate and co-ordinates HSE activities: define and up-date the Site HSE Plan, ensures the compliance with its requirements; perform safety inspections; open, control and follow-up on the treatment of safety event; take corrective/preventive actions and follow-up on the treatment of accidents and/or unsafe situations following safety audits; have the authority to notify any engineers and contractor to immediately suspend its work or part of its work if the hazard in question constitutes a serious and immediate threat to the safety of persons or property, behavior safety visit would be implement on site.
- EIS shall be strictly followed up without any deviation. Control the Number of PSSR blocking point by self-inspection/review frequently

- Site commissioning schedule preparation and progress control

您是合适的人选么？

- Bachelor degree in engineering (cryogenic, chemical,mechanical and process control) or above;
- Basic knowledge of Instrumentation, Electricity, DCS, rotating machines, Mechanical,  Chemical process;
- Driven, initiative, curious and strong learning ability;
- At least 3 years experience in chemical, Oil&Gas or Energy industries
- High flexibility and mobility to work on different places, including international sites.
- Good site safety awareness and quality management
- Good cooperation, organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication.
