Senior Endpoint Engineer

Overview

Inabia is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity across multiple U.S. office locations, following a three-day in-office schedule. This role is focused on designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale endpoint solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure Virtual Desktop technologies. The ideal candidate brings 8 or more years of IT infrastructure and endpoint engineering experience and is comfortable operating in a complex, large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune environments for enterprise endpoint lifecycle management
- Administer SCCM/MECM infrastructure including desktop imaging and task sequence development and maintenance
- Deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions with strong hands-on involvement
- Implement and manage Windows 11 Autopilot for device provisioning, enrollment, and zero-touch deployment
- Manage and support Windows 10/11 endpoints across the enterprise
- Package, test, and deploy applications and software to managed endpoint devices
- Administer and maintain Group Policy (GPO) objects and Active Directory configurations
- Execute endpoint security strategies and oversee enterprise patch management programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint engineering incidents and escalations
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to maintain a healthy endpoint ecosystem

Key Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Proven experience administering SCCM/MECM environments
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) and Active Directory
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 endpoint engineering and administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Demonstrated experience in endpoint security and enterprise patch management
- Experience with Windows 11 Autopilot implementation and management
- Experience in application and software packaging and deployment
- Experience building and maintaining desktop images and SCCM task sequences

Preferred Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Engineering experience
- Experience supporting large, geographically distributed enterprise endpoint environments
- Familiarity with modern endpoint management strategies and zero-trust security frameworks
