Customer Services & Sales Support Specialist – Palmerston North

Kormax is looking for an exceptional customer service and administration professional to join our Palmerston North based team. This is a varied, fast-moving role where accuracy, initiative and great communication matter.

You’ll be an important link between our customers and our sales, supply chain and warehouse teams across Australia and New Zealand—making sure orders are processed accurately, customers are kept informed, and things happen when they should.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of customer enquiries and orders from start to finish, provide high-quality administrative and sales support, maintain accurate customer information, and work across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, develop your product knowledge and look for opportunities to support customers and contribute to sales growth.

You’ll be naturally organised, accurate and responsive, with proven administration and customer service experience. You’ll communicate confidently, manage competing priorities and take pride in following things through.
