Job Requirements
DGM- Structures (Seeking candidates with 15+ years of experience with Master’s degree preferred)
- Structural coordination and review of low to high-rise buildings, residential and commercial; for achieving safe and economical designs.
- Managing multiple projects independently. Attending coordination meetings; interacting with architects and structural consultants. Monitoring project progress.
- Target and track structural consumption.
- Preparation of ETABS and SAFE models for concept/schematic level studies.
- RCC estimation in concept schematic phases for assessing cost impact of structural schemes.
- Review of structural models and reinforcement in design development and GFC phase for optimization.
- Site visits if required for field issues.
- Target and track structural consultants performance.
Work Experience
- ETABS, SAFE, RCDC, Excel software proficiency.
- Autocad, Revit working knowledge
- Experience of working on high-rise buildings.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Communication skills
- Project management experience.
