Supply Chain Planning (Project Coordination)

Job Requirements

Planning

- Prepare project-level material requirement plans based on BOQs, construction schedules, and PRs.
- Assist in running Material, Contract Requirement Plans. Converting material/contract forecasts into time-phased plans by tower, floor, and work package.
- Sequence deliveries to match project schedules, finishing cycles, and handover milestones.
- Align planning with Finance for cash flow and commitment phasing.

Monitoring

- Maintain and update material/contract planning templates and report the critical issues to reporting manager and HOD-Procurement & Special Contracts. Track, review and update periodically.
- Preparing material tracker, watch lead times, and co-ordination with all the stakeholders like design team, project team, category managers etc., for expediting orders.
- Review schedule adherence vs. baseline for critical materials.
- Publish daily and weekly monitoring dashboards to Special contracts and Operations.
- Site Coordination, Contracts meetings and assist in action plans.
- Monitor supplier OTIF.

Deliverables

- Integrated supply plan per project, updated weekly, monthly.
- Quarterly rolling material lookahead.
- Critical issue report.
- OTIF and schedule adherence report.
- Tracking the status of materials from PR to Delivery at site.
- Reviewing the contracts and monitoring for performance as per project schedule.

Skills

- Strong communication skills

Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. (NICMAR is preferrable)
- 3–5 years in real estate supply chain planning.
- Knowledge of construction methods, BOQs, and site operations.
- Relevant experience in Supply chain Planning and coordination
- Completed at least 1 complete project life cycle at site
