Position Summary
This position is responsible for production scheduling, capacity and resource planning, inventory control and optimization, supply chain and production coordination, monitoring and adjusting plan execution, and system and data management.

This position is based at Shanghai Campus, and reports directly to Production & Materials Planning Supervisor.
该职位工作地点为上海工厂，直接向生产及物料计划主管汇报。
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing, issuing, and tracking the implementation of production plans.
负责生产计划的编制、下达与执行跟踪。
- Coordinate with departments such as production, procurement, and warehousing to ensure that plans are met on schedule.
协调生产、采购、仓储等部门确保计划按期达成。
- Organize production planning meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
组织生产计划会议，解决计划冲突，推动跨部门协同。
- Monitor work order progress and reports of issues and promptly adjust production schedules to address unexpected situations such as rush orders, material shortages, and equipment failures.
监控工单进度与异常反馈，及时调整排产方案以应对插单、缺料、设备故障等突发状况。
- Adjust plans to address unexpected changes, ensuring delivery commitments and production stability.
调整计划应对突发变化，确保交付承诺与生产稳定。
- Use the APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system to perform capacity load analysis, bill of materials verification, and production scheduling optimization. Continuously improve planning accuracy and on-time production delivery rates while optimizing production capacity and resource utilization.
依托 APS（高级计划与排程）系统进行产能负荷分析、物料齐套校验及生产排程优化，持续提升计划准确率与生产交付及时率，优化生产负荷与资源利用率。
- Lead or participate in the optimization of planning systems such as APS to ensure the accuracy of planning data and the efficiency of processes.
主导或参与APS等计划系统的优化，确保计划数据准确、流程高效。
- Use data analysis to continuously improve key metrics such as forecast accuracy, plan fulfilment rates, and inventory turnover.
通过数据分析，持续改进预测准确性、计划达成率、库存周转等关键指标。
- Other matters assigned by senior management.
上级领导交办的其他事宜。
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years or more of relevant work experience in production planning within the medical device manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, or automotive manufacturing industries; experience in CNC and secondary-processing is preferred.
经验：5年及以上医疗器械生产制造行业/机械生产制造行业/汽车制造业等生产计划相关工作经验，有机加工与后处理经验优先。
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, major in supply chain or statistics is preferred.
教育：大学本科学历，物流或统计学等相关专业优先。
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify root causes, develop practical solutions and drive issues to closure.
具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立识别问题根因，提出可行方案并推动闭环落地。
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills; able to articulate clearly, align stakeholders and drive consensus.
具备良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够清晰表达观点、有效对齐目标并推动多方协作达成共识。
- Ability to adapt quickly and make sound judgments in complex, ambiguous and fast-changing situations.
能够在复杂及不确定情境下保持清晰判断，快速响应变化，灵活调整优先级与应对策略。
- Can work under pressure.

- English as a working language; able to produce high-quality written deliverables and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
英语可作为工作语言，能够独立撰写英文报告、提案及对外沟通文件，并参与英文会议讨论。
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); hands-on experience with SAP is required, with working knowledge of the MM and PP modules. Experience with APS is a plus.
熟练使用 Excel、Word 等办公软件；须具备 SAP 系统实操经验，熟悉 MM 与 PP 模块；有 APS系统使用经验者优先。
