What You'll Be Doing

- Assist in the coordination and production of compliant, high-quality proposals and tender submissions
- Format and prepare professional documents in line with client requirements and brand standards
- Manage bid schedules, deadlines, and submission activities
- Review tender documentation and coordinate response requirements
- Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and supporting documentation
- Liaise with internal subject matter experts and key stakeholders
- Support proposal lodgements and submission activities
- Assist with administrative support activities for senior leadership when required
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

About You

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You may come from administration, project coordination, marketing, sales support, executive assistance, business support, or proposal coordination.

You'll bring:

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- A willingness to learn and develop a career in bid and proposal management
- Experience with tenders, proposals, submissions, administration, coordination, or document management will be highly regarded
