Electrician - Level III

Job Summary:

Troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests and maintains electrical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. May work independently and instruct or coach others.

Job Summary.

- Effective involvement in daily maintenance activity for Facility and ATPU breakdown.
- Manage spare parts for improving downtime of machine.
- Support to achieve Zero Quality defects.
- Achieve Zero Safety Incidences in shop.
- Maintain 5S & TPM Score.
- Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance.
- Ensure that there is adherence to all Discipline norms by Associates, ITI.
- Spare part management to make equipment uptime at 100% .
- Monitor & control plant day to day issues.
- Ensure to update shop breakdown for history & analysis.
- Improving the quality by continuous improvement.
- Resolve improvement action items generated through kaizen safety round, TPM, CI etc.
- Maintain & Improve Housekeeping standards.
- Knowledge of the Conveyor, Cranes, Hoist, Electrical system ,Transformers, Breakers HT& LT / assembly & Test cell equipment.
- Maintain the discipline of the work force.
- Ensure machine safety & interfacing with another machine etc.
- RCA to resolve issue with seven step methodology
- LOTO Risk assessments and work permits & Safety practices implementation.

Responsibilities.

- Responsible for Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Transformers, HT Breakers and LT breakers, UPS Systems, Line Breakers and Power Equipment's of Assembly Lines.
- Responsible for Energy, Water, Diesel, Oil and Coolant Data Monitoring on Daily basis and publishing the data.
- Responsible for PLC, HMI, VFD logic Backup, Machine based Application software backup readiness.
- Assists with the development and design of control systems; assists with the development and implementation of bench tests; alters software and equipment to ensure that sensors and actuators are functioning according to specifications; supports and debugs basic problems and change requests.
- Investigates problems and requirements of projects, and develops plans for solutions in line with economic, personnel, and environmental considerations for review.
- Responsible for the installation and technical support of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC, VFD, HMI) etc. based hardware and software
- Capex Project Handling - DAP, M/C Inspection, Installation Support, Closer of open points
- Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all KPIs (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, % BD, OEE).
- Responsible for Assembly Test and paint and EQA line controls activity.
- Maintenance Team management and Break down why why analysis and critical spare tracking.
- Responsible for ETP/STP equipment maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Responsible for Maintenance and trouble shooting and data monitoring of Solar Car port and Roof top solar Plants.
- Responsible for Maintenance and troubleshooting of Fire Fighting system and fire Alarm system.
- Responsible for Calibration of Energy meters and Flow meters of the plant.
- Responsible for Maintenance and troubleshooting of Goods lifts.
- Responsible for Electrical Arc Flash study of the equipments and Maintaining electrical compliances.
- Responsible for Electrical File Preparation and Audit with electrical inspector.

Skills / Competencies.

- Should Have Sound knowledge of Control Architecture,
- Should Have Good Knowledge on Crane, Hoist & Assembly Conveyor /Leak test machines Maintenance.
- Should Have knowledge on Electrical Facility Maintenance.
- Should have knowledge on Diesel, Oil & Coolant transfer system Maintenance.
- Good hands-on experience in PLC-Siemens PLC S7 300, S7 400, S7 1200 with Programming software Simatic manager and TIA portal V12 to V15
- Good Knowledge of Siemens servo Drive programming.
- Hands on experience in different PLC like siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, PLC software like Simatic Manager, Tia portal, unity Pro, Vijeo designer.
- Knowledge of different networking & communication system like Profibus, Prof inet, Control net, Device net etc, Data transfer between PLC, HMI, SCADA, DC Tools, PRS , Excel.
- Proficiency in different types of PLC languages like Ladder, F etc.
- Knowledge about Maximo system
- Knowledge of Energy Management system
- Knowledge of Test cell Control system, PLC logic, Instrumentation, Samanic’s Drives S120, G120 series
- Good communication skills to interact with suppliers engineering team.
- Knowledge of maintenance practice. (PM, CM, TPM etc.).
- Robot programming experience add advantage.
- Should ensure Adherence to Safety practices & norms as per the requirement
