Bridges business and technology teams, manages multiple workstreams, mitigates delivery risks, and drives successful production deployments.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of software development, data engineering, analytics, cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks projects. - Define scope, delivery plans, timelines, milestones, resource needs, and success criteria. - Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and quality metrics. - Drive issue resolution, change management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. - Coordinate releases, production deployments, and post-go-live support. - Work with architects, developers, data engineers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions. - Review technical designs, integrations, APIs, data flows, and implementation strategies. - Translate business requirements into technical workstreams, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Lead Agile ceremonies and partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts. - Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders. - Manage stakeholder expectations, geographically distributed teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
