### Job Title - State Operations Head – Raipur
Department - Opeartions
### Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Raipur
Role Overview As the State Operations Head – Rajasthan , you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution and operational excellence across the state. You will lead a team of Project Managers, Field Engineers, and Customer Delight professionals to deliver rooftop solar installations on time, with high quality, and customer satisfaction . This is a high-impact leadership role that combines people management, execution excellence, and customer obsession .

Key Responsibilities

#### Team Leadership & Management
Hire, train, and manage Project Managers and field operations teams across the state Drive a culture of ownership, quality, and customer-centricity
#### Operational Excellence
Own and drive project delivery KPIs: TAT, quality score, NPS, and installation velocity Solve field escalations, civil/electrical site readiness issues, and DISCOM coordination hurdles Optimize allocation of manpower, materials, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
#### Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Supply Chain, and Customer Delight teams Ensure seamless handoff of projects post-sale to installation and final handover
#### Vendor & Quality Oversight
Onboard, train, and monitor local vendors and contractors Implement and enforce SolarSquare’s quality and safety SOPs across every project
#### Reporting & Reviews
Maintain accurate dashboards and project tracking Lead daily/weekly reviews with internal teams and state stakeholders

### Key Requirements
Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred Experience: 5–10 years in project/field operations, preferably in solar, construction, telecom, infrastructure, or electrical industries. 2+ years in a people management role is a must.
Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external) Operational planning, resource allocation, and hands-on execution mindset Familiarity with project management tools, CRMs, Google Sheets/Excel
Other Must-Haves: Based in Jaipur or open to relocating Willing to travel within Rajasthan Two-wheeler + valid license; smartphone with internet
