About this role
- Manage the large corporate and SME team mailbox, and allocation of quotes among underwriters.
- Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate and SME.
- Perform legal check on new quote census.
- Screen SME and corporate groups before allocation.
- Generate reports from system and do the needful formatting.
- Liaise with sales team to manage expectations on quote TATs.
- Provide underwriting support for SME business renewals across Africa.
- Manage underwriting support for Individual business renewals across the Middle East.
- Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
- Support underwriters in other tasks, as needed.
