Senior Agent Fleet Front Office

Primary Purpose of the Position

- To provide effective fleet customer and vendor support with regard to total partner satisfaction and smooth operation of FleetOnlineSolutions process
- To have complete understanding of FOS frontend application to be able to train new users
- Coordination of Back Office processes with BACk office Romania.
- To provide effective support for Sales Team in terms of FOS, eJob, FOS mobile
- Controlling of processes in line with internal requirements, SOX requirements and local legal requirements.
- FOS eCasing and eClaims - management of the whole process
- Other tasks requested by manager

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

To act as the local country Help Desk operator for both Fleets and Fleet Service Providers providing first level support and user administration

To support testing when necessary and the implementation of new developments

To work with Accounts Receivable via VIM invoice approval prior invoice booking

Maintain FOS frontend and backend settings

Cooperate with internal (Network&Service, Sales, IT) and external partners on continuous system development.

Education: Bachelor Degree

Knowledge & Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a support function (help desk, customer service…), experience with SAP is desired.

PC literacy, fluent in French & English, SAP SD and MM module

Team player, analytical skills, attention to detail, stress resistant, not afraid of talking to customers, able to work without constant direct supervision.
