At Seven West Media, our Customer Service team supports customers through some of life's most important moments while helping businesses connect with their communities. Whether assisting families with notices, supporting government and business clients, or helping customers navigate our products and services, you'll be part of a team that makes a real impact every day.

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Service professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll support customers across different areas of the business, confidently moving between calls, orders, inbox enquiries and administration, while providing friendly, accurate and efficient service.

About the role:

- Taking incoming customer and order enquiry calls.
- Managing multiple queues and servicing different business units.
- Processing classified advertising orders for business clients including government organisations, agencies and funeral directors.
- Assisting members of the public with advertisements including death notices, real estate, motoring, employment and general classifieds.
- Proofreading and editing customer advertisements and online orders.
- Booking advertisements and coordinating artwork requirements.
- Setting up and maintaining the daily index.
- Managing multiple inboxes and customer requests.
- Providing outstanding customer service while meeting deadlines and service standards.

About you:

You'll be an adaptable team player who enjoys helping people and can confidently manage competing priorities.

To

- Previous customer service experience, either phone-based or face-to-face.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence learning new systems and processes.
- Experience in contact centres, administration, internal sales, or industries such as funerals, insurance, healthcare, real estate, superannuation, or media will be highly regarded.
