A day in the life…

You're a driven IT Service Desk Analyst joining our team to help us deliver reliable, secure and continuously improving IT services across Australia's leading cross-platform media organisation.

You'll work closely with infrastructure, development, vendors and service providers, and report directly to the Service Delivery Manager. This role is based in Sydney .

More specifically, you will

- Act as a primary contact for IT incidents and service requests, accurately logging, assessing, prioritising and progressing each case
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, access and business application issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team within agreed timeframes
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade workstations, operating systems, software, network equipment and related IT services
- Support secure remote access, wired and wireless networks, Cisco devices, endpoint protection and other cybersecurity controls

What will you need

- Demonstrated IT service desk experience in an ITIL-aligned environment, with experience using IT service management tools
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner and customer service focus
- Sound analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and emerging trends
