Project Manager (m/f/d)

## Discover your exciting role

You will assume technical and commercial responsibility for our projects across all phases of project management. From concept development (CD) through basic design (BD) and detailed design (DD) to implementation, commissioning, and qualification, you will lead both national and international projects. These typically involve the construction or renovation of complex production areas, entire manufacturing facilities, or laboratory buildings for pharmaceutical companies. As a general planner, you will integrate all internal disciplines and coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
- Planning and monitoring overall project progress throughout all phases
- Managing deliverables, quality, timelines, budgets, and milestones
- Project reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Facilitating project reviews with clients, service providers, and suppliers
- Leading team meetings covering topics such as scheduling, quality, costs, timeline assurance measures, and emerging challenges
- Scope and change management
- Overseeing suppliers throughout all project phases
- Coordinating internal and external approval processes
- Coaching and supporting the project team

## Show your expertise

- Completed degree in Engineering, ideally in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, or Architecture
- At least 15 years of professional experience in a comparable position, including the successful delivery of large-scale projects
- Ideally, a project management certification such as PMP
- Goal-oriented individual with a structured working style, quick comprehension, and a strong hands-on mentality
- Confident presence, proactive decision-making skills, and strong leadership capabilities
- High level of empathy toward clients, enthusiasm, and resilience under pressure
- Fluent in German and English
