Robot Technician

We're looking for energetic individual to join our team as a Robot Technician to manage field and servicing operations.
The position is a full-time role, consisting of 40 hours per week, with an initial contract of 6 months. The salary for this position is 16.60 EUR gross per hour.

Please note that you will be hired through a staffing agency with which we have a partnership. As an employee working through the staffing agency, you will be fully integrated into our company culture and collaborate closely with our team members.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Maintaining the health of our global fleet of robots in Hamburg and other locations in Germany through maintenance and repair tasks. Which can include but is not limited to - diagnosing unforeseen problems, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment (tires, electronics, motors, etc.).
- Perform root cause analysis to identify the causes of faults or problems and systematically develop a solution to prevent/solve underlying issues.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and infrastructure. Monitoring and servicing our internal systems, running tests and completing reports, and completing updates or improvements to existing systems as appropriate.
- Support our Operational On-site team by assisting with Route Mapping, Trainings and other operational projects when needed.

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

- A passion for robots and innovative technologies
- Good knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and IT
- Hobby projects in electronics or mechanics
- Driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel outside of Hamburg including overnight stay (max. 10%)
- English and German language skills
- Work experience as entry level in repairing components, maintenance, cars
