Job Description:
- Significant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Management, or Network Engineering within a large-scale enterprise or global technology environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans for technology services, with accountability for business outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including DNS, SD-WAN, VPN, network security, cloud networking, and connectivity architectures.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and external suppliers, to deliver product and service enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into product capabilities, prioritize competing demands, and balance customer needs, risk, cost, and technical considerations.
- Experience managing product backlogs, demand intake, service improvement initiatives, and technology modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management, governance, risk management, financial management, and performance measurement within an IT service environment.
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts, including Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, identity-aware access controls, and network automation technologies.
- Experience developing business cases, defining KPIs and success measures, and using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and investment priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Knowledge of Agile, Product Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Awareness of emerging networking, security, cloud, and connectivity technologies and their application to global enterprise environments.
