Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain core components of the Managed AI Gateway platform.
- Develop and support AI service integrations including Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Codex, and future AI services.
- Build and maintain scalable API services, integration layers, and gateway orchestration capabilities.
- Develop and support web portal experiences used for AI service onboarding, entitlement management, and operational workflows.
- Implement authentication, authorization, provisioning, and lifecycle management capabilities.
- Support global user onboarding, access workflows, and service consumption across member firms.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in critical incident response activities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams, and Platform Engineers.
- Perform code reviews and establish the best practices in engineering.
- Mentor offshore developers and contractors while maintaining hands-on development responsibilities.
- Contribute to architecture implementation, technical roadmaps, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Support platform scalability, reliability, performance tuning, observability, and operational excellence.
