Are you passionate about leading complex projects in a high-tech manufacturing environment?

Join our team as a Senior Project Leader, Test Technology Innovation , where you'll play a key role in driving next-generation Final Test manufacturing solutions and enabling technology transitions across global operations.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, partnering with business units, package development teams, production sites, and central functions to ensure successful project delivery. You will spearhead manufacturing enablement and change management initiatives, bringing innovative test technologies into production while aligning diverse stakeholder requirements.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Support Test Technology Development Teams to manage Final Test Manufacturing , Technology Enablement , and Change Management Projects .
- Drive alignment of project requirements across various stakeholders, including Business Units , Package Development Teams , Production Sites , and Central Functions .
- Own end-to-end project execution and lead a multidisciplinary team from project inception through successful completion, ensuring progress reporting , risk management , and proper documentation .
- Coordinate and support manufacturing readiness , technology transfer , and change implementation activities across global operations.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and business objectives.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in a High-Tech Manufacturing or Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment .
- Strong interest in Project Management , Program Coordination , and Stakeholder Management .
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal , communication , and influencing skills .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment .
