About this role
Enjoy being at the intersection
of people, processes and meaningful HR decisions — sometimes all in a single
day? We might just have the role for you!
About Us At Jeavio, we believe in building a people-first,
value-driven culture where ownership, learning, openness, and continuous growth
are part of how we work.
As part of our HR team,
we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HR professional who can
independently drive key people processes, partner effectively with HR Leaders,
Engineering Managers and employees, and bring maturity and sound judgment to
everyday tasks.
This role is for someone who has built strong HR depth over the years and
is now comfortable owning outcomes, navigating sensitive people situations, and
making things happen with minimal direction.
Role Overview
As a Senior HR Executive, you will own and drive key HR processes
end-to-end while acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees.
The role goes beyond process execution. It requires someone who can
understand context, exercise judgment, solve problems, influence stakeholders
and ensure people initiatives translate into meaningful outcomes.
### Key
Responsibilities
● Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a
consistent and high-quality employee experience across onboarding, development,
engagement, recognition and exits.
● Drive HR operations and governance, including HRIS,
employee data, documentation, policies and compliance, while continuously
identifying opportunities to simplify and strengthen processes.
● Independently drive performance management
processes, partnering with stakeholders on feedback, performance conversations,
documentation, development actions and timely follow-through.
● Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and
employees, providing guidance on people matters including performance concerns,
engagement, team dynamics and employee situations.
● Navigate sensitive people situations with maturity,
sound judgment, fairness and appropriate confidentiality.
● Drive employee engagement, Rewards &
Recognition, development and culture initiatives, assessing their effectiveness
and continuously improving the employee experience.
● Contribute to the design and implementation of HR
policies, frameworks and people practices aligned with evolving organizational
needs.
● Use people data and insights to identify trends,
highlight concerns and support better people decisions.
● Leverage HRIS, Google Workspace and AI-enabled tools
to improve HR effectiveness, productivity, analysis and employee experience.
● Build strong relationships across levels, influence
stakeholders and drive alignment, while independently prioritizing
responsibilities and ensuring closure.
Security & Compliance
● Ensure HR processes comply with ISO 27001, data
privacy, and internal security requirements.
● Manage HR-related audit documentation, controls, and
compliance records.
● Coordinate with IT/InfoSec on access management,
onboarding, and offboarding.
● Identify and address HR-related security and
compliance gaps.
### What
We’re Looking For
● 8+ years of solid generalist HR experience, within
an IT/software or technology-driven organization, with substantial hands-on
exposure across the employee lifecycle.
● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
● Strong understanding of HR operations, employee
relations, performance management, HR policies and applicable labour/compliance
requirements.
● Demonstrated experience in partnering with HR
Leaders, managers, handling employee situations and independently driving
people processes.
● Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and
decision-making skills, with the ability to understand context rather than take
a purely process-driven approach.
● Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; Zoho People
Plus or similar platforms would be an advantage.
● Strong working proficiency in Google Workspace and
comfort using data, technology and AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness.
● Excellent spoken and written English, interpersonal
skills and professional presence, with confidence engaging stakeholders across
levels.
● High levels of ownership, integrity, discretion and
accountability, with the ability to operate independently and follow things
through to closure.
● A curious and ownership-oriented mindset — someone
who asks the right questions, brings perspective, and looks for better ways of
doing things.
