The Position

ERP Consultant – Custom Code & Clean Core Governance

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work mode l that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week . The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong technical foundation in SAP ABAP and SAP S/4HANA system to drive our technical landscape evolution. In this role, you will co-create custom code governance, manage change across ERP environments, track and decommission legacy code, and actively execute our enterprise "Clean Core" transformation.

The Opportunity

- Clean Core Transformation: Drive and champion the "Clean Core" strategy across enterprise SAP S/4  landscapes, advocating standard functionality and modern cloud extensibility.
- Custom Code Governance & Decommissioning: Establish strict governance for SAP custom code, design with the help of AI tools technical performance & health checks, and execute systemic decommissioning of obsolete legacy developments.
- ERP Change Management: Oversee and execute change management processes across complex ERP environments to preserve system integrity and release stability.
- Technical Landscape Operations: Leverage your deep technical and developer expertise to ensure smooth technical alignment, configuration integrity, and optimal operations across SAP platforms
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional global teams, bridging technical operations with solution architecture to ensure business alignment.

Who you are:

- ABAP Knowledge (Must have!) : Strong proficiency in ABAP programming standards, code analysis, debugging, and transport logic.
- BASIS & GSM Background (Advantageous) : Extensive hands-on experience and deep operational background in SAP BASIS and Global Systems Management (GSM).
- Custom Code Management: Proven experience managing SAP custom code quality, establishing governance frameworks, and driving legacy code decommissioning.
- Clean Core Transformation (Advantageous) : Hands-on experience or strategic execution background in driving "Clean Core" modernization initiatives within SAP environments.
- ERP Change Management: Track record managing complex transport layers, release management, and controlled change enablement in ERP platforms.
- ALM & SolMan Experience ( Advantegous ): Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and modern Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
- Fluent English: High proficiency in spoken and written English for global stakeholder communication.

### Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
