The main focus will be on our Near Patient Care (Especially Point-of-Care) portfolio, but over time there will also be the opportunity to handle tasks within our Core lab area (Clinical Biochemistry).
The Opportunity
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare customers across Denmark within hospitals, pre-hospital, and primary care sectors.
- Drive sales and position innovative Near Patient Care solutions to address customer challenges and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans using modern sales frameworks and deep customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Applications, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver high-value customer solutions.
- Manage customer opportunities actively within our CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and smooth support delivery.
- Partner with the Customer Support Center and internal technical experts to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
- Contribute to shaping long-term sales strategies for the Near Patient Care portfolio, with potential future opportunities to expand into core laboratory areas.
Who You Are
- Educational background in Life Sciences (e.g., Biomedical Laboratory Science, Master’s degree, or equivalent field experience).
- At least 3 years of proven success in a proactive sales or Account Management role within the diagnostic, Near Patient Care/point-of-care, or broader healthcare sector.
- Strong communication, active listening and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic field environment.
- Good technical aptitude and comfortable working with IT solutions (familiarity with laboratory middleware is an advantage).
- Full professional proficiency in Danish and good working proficiency in English.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally across Denmark (you will be field based with home office and possibility to work from our office in Copenhagen).
Together, we’ll advance along the whole patient journey with the aspiration to prevent, stop and cure diseases.
