Operations Process Leader

Your main responsibilities:

- Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring efficient, timely loading and unloading of Line Haul operations at the Depot;

- Ensuring accurate and timely sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes;

- Handling damaged shipments in accordance with applicable procedures and safety regulations;

- Reporting on the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;

- Actively cooperating and communicating with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if:

- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a warehouse or courier company;

- Have communicative Polish skills;

- Possess strong task delegation, planning, and organizational skills;

- Are proficient in MS Office;

- Are familiar with Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Protection (PPOŻ) regulations;

- Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others;

- Are capable of making independent and quick decisions;

- Demonstrate high personal culture and professionalism;

- Are open to shift work (including night shifts).
