Dispatcher

What will your responsibilities be?

- Coordinating the daily operations of the courier team regarding delivery and collection of shipments;

- Settling couriers' accounts for assigned shipments, documentation, company assets, and cash;

- Optimizing courier routes;

- Timely entering data into the warehouse management system;

- Cooperating with Carriers and Couriers;

- Organizing and conducting training sessions for Carriers and Couriers;

- Supporting Couriers in their daily work, ensuring their motivation and professional development;

- Reporting Couriers' performance and results to the Manager

We are looking for candidates who:

- Have experience in a similar position within a courier/express delivery company;

- Have communicative Polish skills;

- Are familiar with MS Office, especially basic Excel (nice to have);

- Have a secondary education;

- Possess good knowledge of the city's topography;

- Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others - we are a team-oriented environment;

- Are capable of making independent decisions and operating effectively under stress;

- Are open to shift work.
