About this role
Scope of responsibilities:
- Coordinating the work of the Maintenance Department team
- Supervising the maintenance of the machinery park
- Planning schedules for inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensuring consistency of machinery and equipment documentation
- Monitoring and reporting maintenance performance indicators
- Supervising maintenance costs
- Participating in new implementations and investments
- Collaborating with service providers or external companies
- Reporting and accounting for undertaken activities
Expectations:
- Higher technical education
- 2-3 years of experience in managing a Maintenance Department
- Good knowledge of technical drawing
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of mechanics, mechatronics, and electronics
- Familiarity with the SAP system
- Ability to work under time pressure and respond quickly to changes
- English language skills at B1+ level or higher
