## About the Role
We are looking for a Project Intern to support the end-to-end execution of Battery Swapping Station projects. The intern will work closely with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Service, vendors, and project teams to support project tracking, documentation, testing, coordination, and deployment activities. This role is suitable for candidates who want hands-on exposure to EV products, hardware-software integration, manufacturing, testing, and project execution.
## Key Responsibilities

- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, production, integration, testing, PDI, dispatch, and installation.
- Coordinate with Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Service teams.
- Maintain project trackers, MOM/action-item trackers, material trackers, issue trackers, and station-wise status trackers.
- Follow up with vendors for material, fabrication, assembly, integration, and delivery status.
- Track hardware and software issues, testing progress, customer feedback, and open action items.
- Support documentation related to project execution, testing, and deployment.
- Assist in customer and site coordination during installation and deployment activities.
- Prepare weekly project status updates and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support the team in ensuring timely closure of dependencies and project actions.

Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of electronics and hardware components such as PCBs, sensors, relays, SMPS, wiring, harnesses, connectors, and electrical components.
- Basic understanding of software, firmware, APIs, dashboards, bug tracking, and testing processes.
- Knowledge of CAN, BMS, chargers, IoT, batteries, and EV architecture is preferred.
- Ability to understand basic wiring diagrams, BOMs, technical drawings, and system architecture.
- Basic understanding of testing, validation, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis is an advantage.
- Interest in understanding dependencies between Hardware, Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams.

Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E./BBA/MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Previous internship, academic project, or exposure to EV, automotive, electronics, manufacturing, hardware, or software projects is preferred.
