YOUR IMPACT:

This position supports Marketing with reliable data solutions that enable reporting, performance measurement, and business insights.

The role requires expertise in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-assisted analytics, including responsible use of Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, ChatGPT, Claude, and Generative and Agentic AI concepts to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and reporting quality.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

•Design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and transformation logic for Marketing reporting and analytics.

•Manage data cleansing, formatting, validation, reconciliation, and standardization across marketing datasets.

•Troubleshoot queries, procedures, datasets, and reporting logic to resolve data quality and performance issues.

•Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, Power Query logic, DAX measures, and validation routines.

•Support Microsoft Fabric capabilities, including pipelines, Lakehouse or warehouse structures, semantic models, and scalable reporting workflows.

•Apply Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to support development, documentation, analysis, and insight preparation.

•Identify Generative and Agentic AI opportunities for governed reporting automation, data quality monitoring, workflow execution, and issue triage.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

•Using Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts to enhance analytics delivery, documentation, quality checks, and workflow efficiency.

•Communicating data logic, reporting outcomes, and issue resolution clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

•7+ years of experience in SQL development, data management, business reporting, or analytics.

•Advanced SQL proficiency with stored procedures, views, joins, aggregations, query optimization, and transformation logic.

•Strong experience in data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, standardization, and reporting quality control.

•Hands-on Power BI experience with data modeling, Power Query, DAX, dashboards, reports, and validation.

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, warehouse, pipelines, semantic models, and reporting workflows.

•Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub, Power BI Copilot, or similar Generative AI tools for development, analysis, documentation, and insight support.

•Familiarity with GitHub for version control, SQL script management, collaboration, and change control.

•Foundational understanding of Generative and Agentic AI, including governed agents, workflow automation, reporting assistants, and human-in-the-loop validation.

•Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data logic, reporting issues, AI-supported findings, and business insights clearly.
