Position Summary

SeaBreeze Vacation is looking for a friendly, confident Reservations & Guest Services Specialist to help guests plan memorable stays on Anna Maria Island.

In this role, you'll be part guest service professional and part sales specialist . You'll answer calls, emails, and chats from travelers, help guests choose the right vacation rental, follow up with prospective guests, and turn inquiries into confirmed reservations. You'll also support guests throughout their stay, answering questions and helping resolve issues when needed.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Sales & Reservations Manager.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Help travelers find the best SeaBreeze property for their vacation
- Follow up with warm leads and prospective guests
- Make outbound calls to nurture leads and secure reservations
- Build rapport with guests and confidently guide them toward booking
- Support guests before and during their stay
- Greet and assist guests visiting the office
- Answer questions and help resolve guest concerns
- Process reservation payments accurately and securely
- Maintain accurate guest and reservation information
- Work closely with the SeaBreeze team to create smooth, memorable guest experiences

Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or a similar guest-facing role
- Friendly, confident communication skills - especially over the phone
- Ability to connect with people quickly and provide excellent service
- Comfortable following up with leads and asking for the booking
- Organized and detail-oriented when handling reservations, payments, and guest information
- Comfortable learning and working in multiple computer systems
- Dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous vacation rental, hotel, hospitality, or reservations experience
- Experience with inside sales, lead follow-up, or commission-based sales

Schedule

- Full-time, on-site
- Candidates must be available for flexible shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including Saturdays.
