About this role

TrueFoundry is turning partnerships into a real distribution and revenue engine. We're hiring someone to build that engine from the ground up — starting with AWS and a small number of strategic ecosystem partners, and expanding from there.

This role isn't measured by partnerships signed. You'll be measured by pipeline, customers, and revenue and by the co-sell, co-marketing, and field motions that make that repeatable.

What you'll own

- Build and scale partner-led revenue motions, starting with AWS and expanding across select cloud and ecosystem partners.

- Activate partner field organizations: account mapping, seller relationships, enablement, customer introductions, and co-sell.

- Build joint account and pipeline motions with clear targets, cadence, and commercial accountability.

- Take strategic product partnerships — such as emerging AWS/TrueFoundry integrations — from initial customer proof to repeatable field GTM.

- Design and run co-marketing motions: joint campaigns, customer stories, executive events, webinars, and field activations that generate pipeline.

- Identify mutual customers and partner with TrueFoundry Sales to convert partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities into revenue.

- Build the internal playbooks, metrics, and operating model for how TrueFoundry works with strategic partners at scale.

- Develop new ecosystem opportunities across AI, security, identity, automation, and adjacent platforms.

- Help shape the function as it grows, with room to take on broader ownership across strategic alliances and partner-led growth.

What we're looking for

- 5–7 years in strategic partnerships, alliances, cloud GTM, business development, or enterprise technology.

- Experience building commercial motions with AWS, Azure, or another major cloud/ecosystem platform; reseller or SI experience is a strong plus.

- A track record of turning partnerships into pipeline and revenue — not just managing relationships.

- Comfortable operating across co-sell, co-marketing, and product/integration motions.

- Strong enterprise presence with partner sellers, technical stakeholders, and customer executives.

- Highly operational, with a track record of building something where the playbook doesn't exist yet.

- International or cross-market experience is a plus.
