### We are seeking a strategic and experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-million-dollar defense programs from inception through delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for driving execution, managing contract compliance, and leading cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical or operational familiarity with defense systems and a proven track record of managing programs within rigorous government cost, schedule, and quality constraints.

To be considered for the Program Manager role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

- ### Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline
- ### 5 years of program management experience (Experience within the defense, aerospace, or federal contracting industry preferred).
- ### Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Stage-Gate processes, Systems Engineering lifecycles, or defense-standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- ### Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Level II/III in Program Management is highly desirable.
- ### Must have the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance

As a Program Manager , you will be responsible for:

- ### Program Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of defense programs, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budgets, and delivery schedules.
- ### Financial Management: Implement Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to track, forecast, and control program costs, variances, and margins.
- ### Contract Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to government regulations, including FAR/DFARS, and manage formal contract changes or modifications.
- ### Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations) for all program data and hardware.

- ### Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, supply chain, and schedule risks.

- ### Proposal Support: Lead or support the development of proposals for new business, including writing technical volumes and defining Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

- ### Exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations) without direct authority.

Salary Range Transparency:
Orlando, FL $95,000.00–$130,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
