Job Title: IT Audit Director – Cyber, AI & Cloud
Location: Reston, VA / Washington, DC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite
Salary: $175,000–$239,000/year + 35% long-term incentive

Job Summary
We are seeking an **IT Audit Director** with strong hands-on experience in **IT Audit, Cybersecurity, AI, and Cloud** to lead complex technology audits within a large, complex organization.

Must-Have Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in **IT Audit, IT Risk, or Information Security**
* Strong hands-on experience with **Cybersecurity, AI, or Cloud Infrastructure/AWS**
* Experience leading complex IT audits from planning through reporting
* Experience with **data analytics and Python**
* Experience with **Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or Seaborn**
* Experience auditing **AI solutions and AI-related risks**
* Knowledge of **agentic AI architectures and risks**
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Experience coaching and mentoring audit staff
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; **CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CEH** preferred

Responsibilities
* Lead and execute complex IT audits across Cyber, AI, Cloud, and Resiliency
* Perform technical testing and risk assessments
* Develop audit strategies and present findings to management
* Use data analytics, automation, and AI to enhance audit testing
* Coach and mentor IT audit team members
