Scope
Provide brownfield facilities engineering support and surveillance for existing Midland Basin assets. Lead small and medium-sized projects through completion; develop scopes of work and bills of materials; manage MOC drawings; redline documents; and work proficiently with P&IDs. Debottleneck production volumes and batteries, address safety and risk hazards through engineering actions, minimize downtime, and optimize production at existing assets.
Review engineering work performed internally and by contractors and subcontractors for compliance with company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate engineering and design activities, communicate progress and issues across functions, and advise on maintenance schedules, renovations, and construction for operating equipment.
Requirements
- At least five years of oil and gas facilities engineering experience, including Midland Basin facilities and process engineering.
- Experience managing MOC drawings, developing scopes of work and bills of materials, redlining documents, and working with P&IDs.
- Small and medium-sized project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and fluent English for technical and business communication.
